Welcome to Resumerize. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Resumerize website, web application, subscription services, and Resumerize Job Assistant browser extension.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing a subscription, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Resumerize

Resumerize is an online resume enhancement and career assistance platform. Its features may include resume management, resume optimization, applicant tracking system (ATS) matching, job application assistance, and related career support functionality.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Certain Resumerize features require a paid subscription.

• Available subscription plans and their respective prices are displayed on the subscription page before payment.
• Subscription prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.
• Subscription duration and applicable plan features are displayed before purchase.
• Your subscription access is provided for the duration associated with the purchased plan.
• Access to subscription features may expire when the subscription period ends unless you purchase another subscription.

We reserve the right to update subscription plans, features, and prices. Changes will not alter an already completed purchase unless required by applicable law.

4. Payments

Payments for subscriptions are processed through the payment methods made available during checkout.

• You must provide accurate payment information.
• Your subscription is activated after successful payment verification.
• A payment initiation or authorization alone does not guarantee subscription activation.
• If payment is completed but subscription access is not activated, please contact our support team with the transaction details.

5. Subscription Access

• Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform except where permitted by law.
• Misuse the browser extension or automate activities in violation of applicable website rules or laws.

7. User Content and Resume Information

You retain ownership of the resumes, personal information, and other content that you upload or provide to Resumerize.

You grant Resumerize permission to process and use this content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features and services you request, operate the platform, and maintain its security.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use the content you provide.

8. Resume and AI-Generated Suggestions

Resumerize may provide automated resume analysis, ATS matching, resume improvement suggestions, and AI-assisted content generation.

• Automated scores and recommendations are estimates and may not represent the exact evaluation of any employer's applicant tracking system.
• AI-generated content may contain errors or require correction.
• You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of resumes, applications, and other content before using or submitting it.
• Resumerize does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or selection by any employer.

9. Intellectual Property

The Resumerize platform, software, design, branding, interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use these materials only as permitted by these Terms & Conditions and applicable law. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit them without authorization.

10. Third-Party Services

Resumerize may rely on third-party services for payment processing, authentication, infrastructure, AI functionality, and other platform features.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.

11. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to Resumerize. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Resumerize shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to Resumerize if we reasonably believe that an account has violated these Terms, created a security risk, or been used for unlawful activities.

You may stop using Resumerize at any time. Account and information deletion requests may be submitted through our support contact.
